Sitting in a 2005 Chevy Blazer. Vocalist Gabriel Bower shoved his early demos into the sexy mind of guitarist Neil Lemoine and a new dream to chase had been conceived. After attention deficit Andrew Matthews and Vegan Morgan Zwicker joined the bacchanalia. HOOCH had life and legs to stand on.

Taking everything to the limit, Showing attitude through garage rocky chump tunes. HOOCH takes you on a guided tour of their channeled insanity. Putting pen to paper with producer Peter Edwards at Indica Records, HOOCH is bringing their debut LP “FREELOADER” to your ears in March 2025.

With hard-hitting drums, disarming vocals, and driving guitars, Skunk Motel paints an image of an anxiety-induced daydream.Through the use of captivating lyrics and moody melodies, the all-female onslaught forces you to navigate the twists & turns of turbulent emotions alongside them, offering you both a hug and a hand grenade.

Skunk Motel is an alternative punk/grunge band from Halifax. While they have quickly taken the Halifax Music Scene captive, each member of Skunk Motel has been active and involved in a number of projects and organizations in the NS music community. The four have managed to find one another - through experiences, both varied, and shared - to form an enigmatic group who weather the storm under an umbrella of shared values.

Skunk Motel draws an audience of people from all walks of life. The band's message both on and off stage is built on self-expression, community, and inclusivity. Because of these shared values, the band attracts an audience with various different kinds of people who also share the same values and

experiences.
